As a sniper, Camo and stealth are a major avantage for aside from your marker. In my opinion, a MOLLE vest is the best thing for use because you don't need to perminantly mod it.
What you do is, you take the guillie thread and hand it on the PALS webbing of the vest and make ise of every loop. Be sure to leave some room for your tank and pods. Make sure you lose anything that shines or rattles. Remember, silence is safety and security. Make sure that you keep your gear as minamun as passible and try nothing fancy if your just getting in to being a sniper.

I have recently done the exact same thing. I have taken my Blackcell Operative Molle vest and converted into a ghillie type vest. I first attached some old camo netting onto the molle attachments. I cut them into strips about 6 inches long. After that I tied in some jute on top. I took about 5 strands of different colors and attached it to the molle straps. Here's a pic. Not the best. I'll try to post a better one in the future.

As promised, here's a better quality pic of the vest.

Here's one of me out in the field. Not the best pic but it gives you an idea.

When I built this I was looking for something light yet good for concealment. I usually work as a point/scout/ambush type of position. So far it has worked out well. All I need to do is get the molle attachments for my tank and pods. I am currently running that with a web belt that attaches to the vest.
