So I've decided that I want to remove the frong grip on my 98c. I've read through the posts that talk about removing it, but I still have some questions.

1. I bought my weaver rail and the screws that come with it seem very small. Am I going to have a problem tapping for such a small screw?

2. If I am going to have a problem tapping the small screws, how hard is it to just JB weld the rail to half of the receiver? I still want to be able to take the gun apart.

3. Great site and great information....not really a question....but whatever.
